Gold resources growth at Memot and Dingo Range projects

This week we announced further exceptional high-grade copper and gold results from our Green Bay Project in Canada, paving the way for a significant Mineral Resource Estimate update this quarter. Results from infill drilling targeting the upper high-grade copper and gold rich Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide zones have demonstrated consistent high-grade mineralisation. In addition, broad intersections of Footwall Zone style copper mineralisation continue to highlight areas of thick and consistent copper mineralisation, indicating potential for large-scale bulk mining. The latest results released demonstrate both the continuity, quality and scale of the copper and gold mineralisation at the project. An extensive six-rig underground drill campaign is underway at the Ming Mine with the dual objectives of growing the current Resource and importantly, upgrading more of the Inferred Resources to the comparatively more valuable Measured and Indicated categories. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited (ASX: NMR) has entered a binding term sheet with Great Divide Mining Limited (ASX: GDM) to form a joint venture for mining and processing ore from the Yellow Jack Gold Project at the Blackjack Operations in northern Queensland. Yellow Jack holds a maiden Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 1.84Mt at 0.86 g/t gold, containing 51,100oz of gold. Under the agreement, Great Divide Mining will fund all operational, infrastructure, and processing costs, with profits to be shared equally after expenses. Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited will continue processing ore from its Blackjack and Far Fanning deposits in parallel, while a plant optimisation study aims to upgrade throughput at Blackjack. Completion of the transaction is subject to a nine-month due diligence period and any required approvals. Antipa Minerals is pleased to report further high-grade gold and copper assay results from the Minella area within its 100%-owned Minyari Gold-Copper Project, located in Western Australia’s Paterson Province.   Recent drilling has returned wide intercepts with strong grades, including 23 metres at 2.4 g/t gold and 0.65% copper from 200 metres, within a broader interval of 67 metres at 1.1 g/t gold and 0.33% copper from 159 metres, as well as 72 metres at 0.5 g/t gold and 0.08% copper from 120 metres.   These results continue to demonstrate the strength of the Minyari mineral system and support the potential for resource growth immediately adjacent to the planned Minyari open pits. Horizon Minerals is pleased to report that diamond drilling at our Burbanks Gold Project is returning exceptional high-grade results. Historically, underground mining at Burbanks produced 324,000 ounces at 22.7 g/t gold, in addition to the existing JORC (2012) Mineral Resource of 6.1Mt grading 2.4 g/t gold for 466,000 ounces.   Our 30,000-metre drilling program, which commenced in late June 2025, is initially targeting infill drilling to upgrade the existing resource. Of the planned Phase 1 holes, 18 have been drilled with assays returned for 15, delivering outstanding results. Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) has extended the strike of mineralisation at its Kobada Gold Project in southern Mali. The company is aiming to grow its resource base through an ongoing drilling program. The program includes both diamond and reverse circulation drilling to test mineralisation below and around the current resource estimate. Early results show strong potential for expansion. Diamond drilling delivered broad zones of mineralisation, including long stretches of consistent gold grades, along with several higher grade hits at depth. The work has outlined a new target zone between 120 and 250 metres below surface, showing both scale and grade potential. Reverse circulation drilling has confirmed near surface oxide gold mineralisation beyond the current resource area. The results include strong gold hits close to the surface, highlighting the potential to expand the shallow resource and support future mining. Chief Executive Officer Phil Russo said the program builds on the success of Kobada’s 2024 campaign. He noted that the results confirm the opportunity to grow resources both at depth and near surface, which will support mine life planning. The company will continue diamond drilling to gather data that will guide mine design and infrastructure decisions. More results are expected in the coming weeks. Antipa Minerals Limited (ASX:AZY) is chasing more high-grade ounces at the Minyari Gold–Copper Project in Western Australia’s Paterson Province, with Phase 2 drilling now underway across the Reaper–Poblano–Serrano (RPS) trend. The company says recent aircore work has strengthened a 2km-long anomaly that will be followed up through to mid-December.  Resource-definition drilling is also feeding into the Prefeasibility Study workstreams. Recent assays include 5m @ 2.6 g/t Au & 0.10% Cu (with 0.4m @ 29.7 g/t Au & 1.1% Cu), confirming strong continuity within the Minyari deposit, while additional results from Phase 2 and the remaining Phase 1 batches are pending.  At the Minella prospect, growth drilling delivered 67m @ 1.1 g/t Au & 0.33% Cu from 159m, including 23m @ 2.4 g/t Au & 0.65% Cu from 200m, and 2m @ 9.8 g/t Au & 0.87% Cu from 220m intersections management says reinforce the system’s expansion potential close to the proposed development footprint. Newcore Gold has expanded its 2024–2025 drill program at the 100%-owned Enchi Gold Project in Ghana to 45,000 metres, moving into Phase 2 with a focus on discovery and resource growth. The company says drilling will target earlier-stage prospects, step-outs along strike at existing deposits, and higher-grade structures at depth.  Phase 1 work delivered broad zones with high-grade intervals, including at Boin (2.25 g/t Au over 56.0 m; 1.96 g/t Au over 62.0 m) and Sewum (1.85 g/t Au over 62.0 m, incl. 8.36 g/t Au over 10.0 m), plus a standout hit of 204 g/t Au over 1.0 m at Boin. With most holes to date testing shallow mineralisation, management sees significant room to grow at depth.  Backed by a cash position of ~$10 million following late-September warrant exercises, Newcore is advancing technical work toward a Pre-Feasibility Study, with deposits and targets across the district-scale project remaining open along strike and at depth. Great Divide Mining Ltd (ASX: GDM) has entered a binding term sheet with Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited (ASX: NMR) to form a joint venture for gold extraction and processing at the Yellow Jack Project. GDM will mine and deliver Yellow Jack gold ore to NMR's Blackjack Mill, where processing and sales will occur under joint management. Profits from the Yellow Jack Project will be shared equally between Great Divide Mining Ltd and Native Mineral Resources Holdings Limited after repayment of costs. Each company will maintain control of its own assets, and project management will be overseen by a joint venture committee once formal agreements and due diligence are finalized. This agreement represents a significant step in advancing GDM’s strategy to transition from explorer to producer.
