PART 3 // CHALLENGES "It's not just stuff, it's memories." In part 3 of our downsizing study, we take a look at the biggest challenges downsizers face, and how we, as architects and developers, can try address them. https://lnkd.in/gQjcN3cg

To get to flow states while the LLM is working, think about the product design and the architecture. Not the code itself.

In this talk, Sheen will explain how enterprises should decompose by starting at the organisational level, applying Domain-Driven Design, and distilling to a level where teams can operate within a boundary, ownership, and autonomy. He will provide organisational, team, and design patterns and practices to make the best use of event-driven architecture by understanding the types of events, event structure, and design choices to keep the domain model pure by guarding against corruption and complexity. 🎬

💡 A colleague once asked me: "Why is this comment here?" I looked at the code and said: "If you read this method, it does exactly what its name says - the comment is redundant." ❌ Too often, comments are used to explain what the code should already express by itself. ✅ Meaningful variable and method names + clean architecture = fewer comments, more clarity. 📝 A method name should tell what it does, not how it does it. Follow this, and your code almost documents itself. #CleanCode #SoftwareDesign #Architecture #CodeSmell #BestPractices #SoftwareDevelopment

If I had to take a reductionist view of architecture, gun to my head, I’d say architecture boils down to communication. How well can you transfer mental models across people, teams and time. Diagrams, abstractions, frameworks are all a means to that end.

The component you're describing is often referred to as an Agent Orchestrator or Multi-Agent Coordinator — but depending on the architecture, it can go by several names. Here's a breakdown of the most common terms and what they imply:
