We’re Hiring: Director of Operations at Vega Collegiate Academy (Aurora, CO) We are so happy to partner with our placement, Guerin Gray, Executive Director at Vega Collegiate Academy, on their search for a Director of Operations. Vega is more than a school — it’s a mission. Vega prepares K–8 scholars with the knowledge, skills, and character to thrive in college and in life. They’re looking for a strategic, service-minded Director of Operations to help lead that mission forward. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Operations will steward all non-academic aspects of school life: systems, operations, facilities, transportation, technology, safety, assessments, and so much more. This is a role for someone who loves building structure, leading people, solving complex problems, and creating a school environment where adults and students can do their best work.
