From pilot to scale: Didriksons and EcoLactam® collection launch. After a three-year development journey, Didriksons launches its first collection made with EcoLactam®, a low-impact nylon with up to 70% lower carbon footprint compared to regular nylon. "We started small, with one jacket, and are now scaling up step by step, allowing us to actually make a real impact," says Per Odqvist, Chief Sourcing Officer at Didriksons. This is what happens when brands work with partners throughout the value chain who share the same commitment to reducing environmental impact. How can the Circular Economy become a profitable business model for the future of logistics? This was the core question at the BVL Supply Chain CX Congress & Expo panel. Thomas Tappertzhofen, Managing Director of IOF at PreZero International, attended as an expert in circular economy. His key message: The shift from "Waste Management" to "Resource Management" is essential. For us at PreZero, this means closing loops on an industrial scale. We see valuable secondary raw materials in waste, secure critical resources for our partners, and protect the environment. Lab-Supply 2025: We were there! 🧑🔬👨🏽🔬🌟 From March to October, our dedicated team toured the Life Science trade fair across six locations in Germany and Austria. As CEO, I am proud that STARLAB presented our products and sustainability initiatives to an audience ranging from curious career starters to seasoned seniors in the lab. The tour was marked by fresh contacts and enriching conversations that extended beyond our usual everyday contexts, making the fair a truly special experience.
