My name is Ruth Bynum. I represent The Window Depot and I'm the general manager for the company that makes The Window Depot unique is We're a specialty millwork store that specializes in stocking windows, doors, cabinets, and so much more. Life before Spruce was unique. Just like any old school millwork dealer. We were doing everything on white, yellow and pink paper. Everything was very manual, very long winded process that required a massive amount of effort for us to run our business. For us, we knew if we really wanted to grow and expand, have more locations, be able to make a better work environment for our employees and our customers, we had to do something. In this business, you have to be very competitive. You have to know your numbers, you have to know your inventory, you have to know your usages. You by getting spruced with our workload has decreased so much just by having the integration capabilities that Spruce brings to the table. So inventory management has changed night and day. I mean, we were either had too much or never enough and. With the capabilities of Spruce like Min Max's consolidated purchasing the multi branch features, we're never out of anything anymore. When it comes to receiving shipping customer sign offs, Spruce has incredible documentation management which really helps us to be able to scan in. It's all attached, it's all there right at your fingertips, and it really decreases the workload for our associates and for the customer. Then at the same time too, our closing procedures with the integrated payment system really helps us be much faster, more accurate. For us, the implementation part was a breeze. You know, Spruce made it very easy. When we first went live on Spruce, one of the manager goes, is that all we have to do to close and we can go home. And considering we were so manual, the fact that we were able to succeed as fast as we did, it means that anybody can do it. You know, out of every company that we've vetted, Spruce was the top choice and. After making that decision, I would never choose anybody else.
