I was selling a cardigan on ebay and the platform did "OFF SITE MARKETING". The item was returned but I am still being charged $179 for the websites "off site marketing". I never approved the usage of that much money for advertising for ONE item. Since the company has fired all American employees and any and all customer service representatives - there is NO ONE TO TALK TO. There isn't an email address and the email that I receive state "We don’t check this mailbox, so please don’t reply to this message. If you have a question, go to Help & Contact on the eBay site" where there is only a Q & A section that is also unmanned. I feel like I am being robbed. What in the actual F ebay?

You have to work on customer satisfaction. My experience for my claim that was closed for a scammer named Titan deals on eBay is clearly business negligence under “money back guarantee “ 1.2 ⭐️ on Trustpilot based on 16,473 reviews U can do better ( screenshot attached)
