How do you measure the impact of an Experience Center?

The Zoom London Experience Center was honored at this year’s Digital Signage Experience (DSE) by winning two DIZZIE Awards, taking home both the best Corporate Environment and the overarching Digital Signage Experience of the Year awards!

When we started this project, our biggest challenge was to create a seamless and personalized customer experience. They need to feel wow. The question is, how do we create the most innovative experience center in the world? Zoom came to us with an ambitious project. They they wanted to create a new type of experience center where they were bringing the workspace and they were bringing a customer experience space together in something that they've never done before. The first thing that we did is we met with the Zoom team and we talked to them. Basically, we crafted what we call user journeys, and that design process led into the architecture. The Discovery Showcase is for customers that come in and say, I didn't know that Zoom did this right. Tell me more. You have a nearly 360�� digital screen that wraps you. We understand it to be the first in the world. The boardroom of the future can support traditional video conferencing. What we're also supporting the space to do is next generation experiences. For the lens Wallace, it's a floor to ceiling digital canvas that starts at the reception desk and covers the entire footprint of the whole brawl floor. Add a touch of a button and literally change almost all the digital palettes within the entire space. One of the things that we really admired about what Zoom we're aiming to do here was wanting to give a real experience for their clients, but also for their employees, as well as facilitating a really high tech environment. Sustainability was a really key factor in creating this space. We achieved LEED Gold status. It's all about sourcing eco friendly materials but most importantly achieving energy efficiency. I believe that we've been really innovative how we mix those two tech requirements with sustainability. The impact that this could have for Zoom is that they have the opportunity to connect with customers in ways that they've not done before. This is our first ever experience center and I feel we are not just building another space, we are building connections.
