Inclusion@Work Index 2025-2026: D&I Insights event on November 24

Early data from our Inclusion@Work Index 2025-2026 shows that only 50% of older workers had the chance to take part in career development opportunities, compared to 75% of younger workers. We will be discussing the importance of creating inclusive workplaces for both older and younger workers at next week's D&I Insights event, hosted by DCA CEO Catherine Hunter (she/her).
