Most founders automate the wrong tasks first. And then they wonder why AI didn’t move the needle. Here’s the truth, not everything needs to be automated. But there are four signals that always tell you where to start: 1️⃣ Frequency: If it repeats, it automates. 2️⃣ Duplication: If your team copies data between tools, that’s wasted time. 3️⃣ Handoffs: If work keeps getting stuck between people, that’s an automation gap. 4️⃣ Low-skill time: If your highest-paid people do repetitive admin, you’re bleeding ROI. If you’re curious, I can share the complete AI Adoption document we use to spot these inside client workflows. Just comment “Adoption” and I’ll send it over. Make sure we’re connected so I can drop it in your inbox. Because automation isn’t about hype, it’s about spotting patterns that cost you money every week.

All good things come to an end. Over the past few weeks I’ve shared the "5 Pillars of AI for Business Growth" Strategy, Research, Data, Automation, and Content. The takeaway? AI isn’t about hype. It’s about results. *Start with your business goals, not the shiny tools. *Use Research and Data to make smarter moves. *Automate the 3 R’s — Repetitive, Rules-based, and Resource intensive tasks, so your team can focus on what actually matters. *Turn those insights into Content that gets noticed. Customer-service teams are in the best seat for this shift. The ones who get it right now will set the pace for everyone else. Appreciate everyone who followed along and checked out the demos. Curious what this looks like in practice? Our AI Audit helps spot where Automation can win you back hours every week. So here’s the question..... What would you do with just five of them?

And yes - some of the recommendations lead to AI solutions. But most of what comes out of AI Navigator is about 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: • clearer processes • tighter systems • smoother workflows • stronger foundations for growth Because before AI can make a difference, your business needs to be 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 for it. We’re lining up AI Navigator sprints for early 2026 - if you’re thinking about how to lift productivity or get your business AI-ready, now’s a good time to start the conversation.

Everyone’s talking about AI agents. Few are talking about the mess behind the scenes. At Tessaris, we’ve seen it all—agents failing because they’re plugged into outdated systems, messy data, or overambitious goals. The truth is: the models aren’t the hard part. Integrating them into real business workflows is. Success starts small. One client cut hours of manual review by automating just the first step of onboarding form checks. That’s how real automation works—measured, grounded, and connected. Thinking about where AI can create value in *your* business? Let’s talk. What’s the one repetitive task your team would love to stop doing?

It’s amazing how far AI has come ; it’s not just automating tasks anymore, it orchestrates entire workflows across teams. Think about it: approvals routing themselves, bottlenecks detected before they slow you down, resources reallocating automatically. No messy spreadsheets. No endless follow-ups. Even better, today’s AI can look at your calendar, project deadlines, and team workload and tell you, “You’ll need two more people in March,” or “This timeline might slip if you don’t adjust now.” All before the crisis hits. And tools like Make, Zapier, and n8n have made it possible to connect dozens of apps and build complex automations , without writing a single line of code. We’ve officially moved from doing things faster to knowing what needs to happen next. The companies that lean into this shift aren’t just becoming more efficient , they’re making smarter, calmer decisions. Because that difference? That’s the real competitive edge. #BusinessAutomation #AIInBusiness #OperationalExcellence #FutureOfWork

AI adoption doesn’t start with a tool. It starts with a problem. Identify the repeatable, rule-based, time-heavy jobs. Then reimagine how they could flow with human sign-off instead of human input. That’s it. One process at a time. Proof, learn, expand. The businesses that win with AI don’t go “all in”. They go step by step. If your step-by-step AI journey needs the right talent, from Process Analysts to Automation Engineers then let's connect. I help ambitious teams find the people who build this future.

You can't automate what you can't measure. Most companies jump straight to AI without understanding what's actually happening in their business. Start here instead: Capture everything meaningful—orders, support tickets, decisions, outcomes. Timestamp it. Structure it. Make it queryable. Build real-time dashboards, not quarterly reports. You need to see problems and opportunities as they emerge, not months later. Once you have this visibility, automation opportunities become obvious. You'll see exactly where information flows, how long decisions take, and which patterns repeat consistently. The goal isn't replacing people—it's removing tedious work so they can focus on what matters. Power tools didn't eliminate construction workers. They made them more effective. The companies winning with AI aren't the ones with the best models. They're the ones who built the infrastructure to know what's worth automating.

AI and automation will replace everyone by the end of next week… Yeah, I’ve been hearing that forever. But here’s the truth: AI or Automation isn’t about replacing people. It’s about removing the tasks that stop them doing their best work. Let tech handle the noise so your team can handle the humans. I built an AI lead gen system that does exactly that It scrapes Qualifies Personalizes Engages Books calls All on autopilot Your team focuses on closing The system handles everything before that I use AI and automation every single day and in the last two months alone I’ve generated over 2K leads for myself and my clients. More than 10K people have already downloaded my free automation templates. 🚨 Stuck in “pilot purgatory”? You’re not alone: 70% of AI projects never scale beyond testing. That wasted time, sunk costs, and lost momentum? That’s the hidden price tag few talk about. But your automation doesn’t have to stall. Here’s how small businesses can fast-track from test to ROI: ✅ Define a clear business problem upfront ✅ Involve end users early for real feedback ✅ Appoint a project "champion" to drive adoption ✅ Start small, but plan how you’ll scale big Don’t let your automation gather digital dust. Pro tip 👉 Treat every pilot as a stepping-stone, not a finish line. Set precise success metrics and a timeline for decision! How have you moved past pilot mode; or what’s holding you back? #AI #BusinessAutomation #ScaleUp #DigitalTransformation #MyDigitalDynamo #Efficiency #BusinessGrowth #AutomationWins #SMBSuccess

More is not always better… Most agents think the answer to growth is more. More tools, more systems, more content, more leads. But “more” is what’s keeping most agents stuck. When you’re juggling 10 half-built systems, you never get traction on the one that actually moves the needle. Real growth comes from clarity, knowing which tools matter and how to use them effectively. That’s what we focused on Becoming a client magnet with AI: cutting through the noise and showing agents how to leverage AI the right way. You don’t need 50 apps. You need focus, execution, and a few tools that make you more efficient. That’s why I’m sharing one of the top resources from the event: The 7 Essential AI Prompts for Top Producing Agents. Use one prompt a day to automate, simplify, or create. Watch how quickly clarity turns into consistency. The agents who scale aren’t doing more, they’re doing the right things better. Start here. Comment 7 Essentials and I'll send you the promts.
