2w@Delta I have been MORE than patient and at this point this is unacceptable. My niece’s luggage was MISROUTED to Hawaii on October 25th and we still do not have it. There is a family heirloom in that bag something priceless and impossible to replace. We were told it would be delivered. We paid for delivery. We followed every step and every request. And STILL no bag, no updates, no accountability, and zero urgency from your baggage teams. We have called countless times We have left messages with the Lihue office NO response. Not having clothes is one thing… But a family heirloom? That’s personal. That’s emotional. And your customer service has been cold, dismissive, and unhelpful. Delta, if a bag with something that matters to a family is in your possession, you protect it and you return it. This is basic respect and basic humanity. We need answers and we need them NOW.
