Thogersen Honored by ASCE   Matthew Thogersen, P.E., a Senior Associate at D&B Engineers and Architects, was honored on June 18 at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Metropolitan Section Awards Dinner. With more than 12 years of experience in design and construction management of wastewater projects across the NY metro area, he was honored with the 2025 Younger Member Award from the Section.    “D&B is a team of outstanding engineers, and it is always an honor when they are recognized for their work,” said D&B President Steven A.
