Proficiency in developing, testing, and debugging applications on the IBM z/OS platform. Hands-on experience with mainframe batch processing, job control language (JCL), and data management. Strong knowledge of mainframe performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with system integration, batch scheduling, and data migration processes. Solid experience in understanding and translating business requirements into mainframe solutions. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system architects, business analysts, and QA, to deliver robust mainframe applications.
