Earlier this year, we welcomed our first cohort of graduates to CBA India. Over the past 3 months, our new grads have been immersed in a hands-on learning journey in our onboarding and skilling program LaunchPad 🚀: solving real-world problems.     This journey culminated in a high-energy tech showcase where 4 teams were shortlisted from an initial 20. They took centre stage to showcase their next-gen banking solutions.
