Bill, this is an incredible investment in Philadelphia's workforce development! I love when the learning community steps up like this. How do you envision this partnership with the William Penn Foundation specifically addressing skill gaps in the local economy?

I’ve always had great service with Xfinity and recently upgraded to “Booming WiFi,” which works wonderfully. However, the hidden cost was I was removed from my Signature Plus Grand Slam package and shifted into a lower package just for the upgraded router and TV boxes. I’ve tried to complain, but representatives either aren’t available or say, “We hear this all too often.” I don’t believe reversing my package is impossible—after all, you’re Xfinity. Where do I the appropiate level of assistance; I've even talked with the Retention Team and seem to be on "hold." I'm looking for a helper. Xfinity
