We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer! Healthcare communication is broken—half of patient calls go unanswered while providers drown in administrative work. At Clarion, we're building AI agents that complete entire workflows, returning time to clinicians and increasing patient access. We're looking for a technical leader who thrives in high-stakes healthcare environments. As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll own end-to-end deployment of AI agents in production while architecting the systems that power them. Some highlights: - Lead deployment of AI agents in live healthcare environments, owning performance, reliability, and customer success - Architect systems that integrate with complex EHRs and legacy platforms while handling thousands of concurrent voice calls - Drive technical strategy by working directly with customers to understand their workflows, then translate those insights into scalable solutions - Mentor engineers and shape our technical roadmap as we scale to hundreds of healthcare organizations You'll work with our founders (Stanford/Harvard-trained physician + ex-Amazon Alexa engineer) at our NYC office.
