We're hiring a Business Development Representative! Healthcare communication is broken—30-40% of patient calls go unanswered while providers drown in administrative work. At Clarion, we're building AI agents that complete entire workflows, returning time to caregivers and increasing patient access. We’re looking for someone to be Clarion's first voice to the market. As our BDR, you'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and be the first person healthcare organizations meet when they discover Clarion. Some highlights: - Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel outbound (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) to health systems and specialty groups - Run sharp discovery calls to understand operational challenges and advance opportunities - Partner with our AE to move strategic deals forward - Build and refine our outbound strategy as you learn what resonates with healthcare buyers You'll work with our founders (Stanford/Harvard-trained physician + ex-Amazon Alexa engineer) at our NYC office.
