EPRs must evolve beyond compliance platforms into value-generating ecosystems. That means intelligent, privacy-safe activation of de-identified clinical and behavioural data powering relevant, evidence-based engagement and insights for every stakeholder in the care pathway. Think: modular add-ons and marketplaces, shared-savings pricing, analytics as a service, AI copilots, and contextual communication layers that turn each interaction into measurable impact.
