With the AI wave, we probably dont realize the quanta of changes that would take place in distributed systems and cloud, be it API gateways, front doors, queueing solutions, distributed caching, or load balancing. The whole stack needs to be reimagined for us to be cost efficient, scale optimally and aim for the lowest latencies. The next year is going to be about reducing cost of running LLMs at scale.
