I recently reached the six-month mark as an Applications Engineer at Chef Robotics. It’s been a rewarding opportunity to learn about the company’s technology, support customer deployments, and collaborate with a talented team. I often think back to my time at Botrista, Inc., where I gained valuable hands-on experience and saw firsthand how a robotics startup scales—experience that I’ve been able to bring to my work at Chef. Today, Chef robots have served 69 million meals in production for the food industry. With ongoing labor shortages and increasing demand for automation, it’s exciting to see how this technology is helping businesses operate more efficiently and allowing workers to focus on less repetitive tasks.
