How can we make mental health part of everyday wellbeing? We often treat mental health as something to fix, not something to maintain. But caring for our minds should be as routine as caring for our bodies. That’s why mental health was a key focus at this year’s Bupa Symposium. In this edition of The Big Question, Mariola Pilas-Kołodziej, Gosia Bowling and Andrea Christie-David explore why mind and body are inseparable, how stigma still stops people seeking help, and what it takes to make mental health part of everyday care. #TheBigQuestion #LetsTalkHealth #BupaSymposium2025
By removing the stigma barriers will also be removed for us all to benefit from giving and receiving support
Hello, good day. I would like to take this opportunity to request a contact email so I can share my résumé. I have over 10 years of experience in the health insurance sector, which I believe makes me an ideal candidate to become part of your team.
Many thanks. This feeds well into the “whole-person health” conversation.
This is a vital topic. Moving from 'fix' to 'maintain' is the necessary shift. The discussion on how stigma still prevents people from seeking help is particularly critical. Looking forward to the insights from Mariola Pilas-Kolodziej and the panel.
This message truly resonates with me 💙 As a Senior Caregiver, I’ve seen how mental and physical health are inseparable — caring for the mind is just as vital as caring for the body. I love Bupa’s vision of making mental health support part of everyday wellbeing through Mindplace and Health Stories. 🌿 Creating a culture where it’s safe to talk, share, and heal together is the foundation of compassionate care. #MentalHealthMatters #EverydayWellbeing #CareWithPurpose
