BreastScreen Victoria’s Post

And that's a wrap on Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM)! ❤️😍 It was a rewarding time for our Community Engagement team, having the opportunity to connect with amazing clients and communities. Here are just some of things the team got up to: - We had an information stand at the Disability Connection Expo with Cancer Council Victoria - Multiple group bookings with multicultural communities, in collaboration with Didi Bahini Samaj Victoria, Springvale Community Hub and Each. - Information session and workshop with Compassionate Hands for Punjabi-speaking women - Information session with Dallas Neighbourhood House for Arabic-speaking women - Information session with Different Journey's Autism Thank you to our partner organisations for giving us the opportunity to educate your communities on the importance of breast health and early detection. 🫶 BCAM is an important reminder to us all to take care of our health and be breast aware. If you’re between 50 to 74 without breast symptoms, you can book your free 10-minute appointment by calling us on 13 20 50 or visiting the link below. #BreastScreenVictoria Book now: https://bit.ly/2LdhNBk [Image description: Groups of people standing together and smiling with BreastScreen Victoria signage.]
