Once you show people this idea to think much larger, they're like, huh. I can't believe I can do that. And then they say, oh, well, maybe I could do that over in this new industry. When I think about the firm, people often ask, why has this happened? Why has this developed? And I so often say, Steve's got this vision. Pulls the field so much larger than anyone can imagine, and it inspires everybody. And he pushes you so much that you begin to say to yourself, hey, why don't I do this? Why don't I start a new business here? All these things we push to do have come because of Steve's basic inspiration, his idea. We can do more, we can do better. You can do more, you can do better. And when you're at a place with that kind of energy and then sort of your striving for excellence, will to win, amazing things happen.
