Love this. Especially listening to your gut, your limits and putting boundaries in place. I suffered burnout and it took a while to get myself back into bold, brave, balance. It was a tough slog, so I feel for anyone walking this path. As someone who writes the worlds leading Zen informed AI Wellbeing & Self Growth newsletter 'Well Wired', when I suffered burnout, I thought well I'd better put my money where my mouth is and use AI to help me on my own burnout journey. Over a week, I created my own AI-powered burnout protocol and it helped me get back into stasis and serenity. If anyone wants it, just DM me, I'll give it to you for free. In the meantime, even 5-mins of mindfulness and cutting out 1-2 taxing tasks a day can make all the difference. Try it, you'd be surprised.
