Bank of New Zealand’s Post

“When people from different cultures and backgrounds come together, it creates a richer, more vibrant, and more dynamic society – one that benefits us all.” - Dan Huggins at the opening ceremony for the BNZ Auckland Diwali Festival. What an incredible turnout at our third BNZ Auckland Diwali Festival. With more whānau and friends flocking in from various parts of Auckland this year, it was inspiring to see so many people from different backgrounds come together to celebrate the festival of lights ✨ A big THANK YOU to all the BNZers who helped with Diwali over the weekend. From our teams behind the scenes coordinating all the moving parts, to the teams hosting guests and helping in and around the crowd! Your collective mahi truly made for a spectacular festival. Wishing you a bright and joyful Diwali 🪔 शुभ दिवाली ,Namaste 💙

Thank you team! It was awesome to be a part of the festivities - a really well organised event.

Thanks Bank of New Zealand and Auckland Foundation for the warm hospitality at this year’s Diwali Festival. It was a powerful reminder of the richness and diversity that makes Aotearoa what it is. It was definately a celebration of light, but also of connection, generosity and shared purpose. Ka rawe – what a privilege to be part of it
