Cathy’s a total powerhouse: 20+ years of recruitment experience, a mum of three, someone who’s worked with the biggest names (like Adecco) and built her own companies from the ground up. She brings that perfect blend of big-brand polish and start-up grit 🔥 Co-founder Luke shared: “I’ve known Cathy since school - she’s driven, full of heart, and lives by the same values that Areti was built on.
