For Perfect Contracting Managing Director Mateusz Jedruszek, the road to successful infrastructure delivery lies in collaboration and collective intelligence. With major projects such as the Olympics on the horizon, Jedruszek says early engagement, shared expertise, and smarter front-end solutions will be essential. “Whether it’s roads, rail, energy or resources, success will depend on collective smarts,” he explains. “The Olympics and other major infrastructure projects can only be delivered on time and within budget if every part of the supply chain works together.” Read Mateusz's thoughts: https://lnkd.in/gpexN-2C
