Here at Aptive, “Aptivating” is more than just a phrase, it’s a mindset. It’s how we show up, think big and work together to deliver meaningful impact for our government clients and communities.
We asked our team what Aptivating means to them, and their answers say it all. From driving change to solving challenges big and small, their passion and purpose bring our mission to life.

So what does it mean to you to activate? OK, so as a grammarian. For me, activating means helping my clients help their end user, which is oftentimes patients, veterans, family caregivers and survivors thinking outside the box, leading technologies, new approaches that maybe they haven't thought about before. To activate means making a difference. And I love that I go to work every day and can work on something new and something that's going to impact not only. Our veterans, but the American people and our clients and customers, it means a lot to me to be able to work with those in need. Both of my grandfathers and my father, my stepfather and my great uncle all served in the military. This is definitely been something that's driven me throughout my career and so that's why I activate. I think one thing that makes Active unique is that we approach problems with something that is custom fit. We have the capabilities to create products, to film videos, to tell stories that solve unique problems and we have the expertise and resources available to accomplish that. For me to activate, I think it is a combination of a few things, but the number one thing is coming together as a team and being entrepreneurial in our our daily responsibilities to be someone who. Really cares about people, cares about the client, but also really cares about the the people here and and making a difference.
