Thank you for sharing this insightful article on how to work better with AI—not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for measurable outcomes, responsible innovation, and most importantly, human empowerment. It's exciting to see how technology can amplify potential when aligned with purpose.
Great read! Really liked how this piece shifted the focus from just talking about AI to actually executing it inside organizations. The four-stage model — Exploration → Enablement → Expansion → Transformation — nails what most teams experience as they scale AI. The emphasis on trust, governance, and measurable results stood out too — a good reminder that AI success comes from aligning people, process, and purpose, not just adopting new tools.
Great article Mike Grossman ! What really stands out for me was: "AI doesn’t replace responsibility — it amplifies it. We recommend that every AI initiative begins with governance and ends with measurable value." Great insights!
Well said — AI success truly depends on clarity, trust, and responsible delivery. Union Solutions is passionate about helping teams turn that clarity into confident action. Great insights from the Apex Systems team ahead of #MSIgnite.
Given that “prompt engineering” is about capturing the context, measuring the AI output I feel is a tough challenge. Evaluating prompts cause us to shift from quantitative to qualitative analysis. We can quantitatively measure impact of the tasks AI agents but GenAI outputs are a different story (like how do you determine if a sales battlecard is “good”?).
Appreciate the article, Mike!
Great article Mike Grossman!
Good stuff
Great insights Mike Grossman! Really enjoyed your take on how Microsoft is driving AI business transformation, especially the focus on turning innovation into measurable outcomes. The roadmap you outlined makes the path to scalable AI adoption much clearer. Excellent read!
