Launching today at #SFF2025: AI Inclusion Report - Inclusive Finance Powered by AI. AI is reshaping finance, but its true potential lies in democratisation and accessibility. To turn this disruptive tool into a pathway for inclusive growth, we need a clear roadmap. That’s why we are excited to launch our new report at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2025, developed in collaboration with Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN). As a follow-up to the "AI for Inclusion Playbook" introduced at the Point Zero Forum earlier this year, this comprehensive report explores key trends and insights to bridge today's challenges with a more trusted, equitable, and resilient financial future. The report highlights emerging trends that reflect the five AI Inclusion principles: ✅ Democratisation of AI emerges; ✅ Building AI literacy and confidence as a core competency; ✅ Balancing innovation with responsibility in AI; ✅ Rising interest in public-private collaboration within the AI ecosystem ✅ Nurturing the next generation of talents and innovators This is more than a report; it's a call to action to stay future-proof. And at Ant International, we're committed to walking the talk. If you're at #SFF2025, come visit the Ant International booth at Hall 2, 2B01 today to explore how we're turning these principles into action through our various initiatives. Let's reshape the future of finance, together. Technology disruption! Unfortunately this past week, this took on a different meaning than what many have come to associate with the potential of AI. While the tech sector declined sharply on the week, the resilience of other segments of the equity market may point to other opportunities. We assess this latest development in this week's Market Minute. see more insights here 💡 https://lnkd.in/eWnC37NB

Last week was a rough one for tech stocks. Our investment team shares thoughts on this and what it might mean more broadly for markets.

🧠Beyond the Algorithm: The Unseen Architecture of AI Agents for Businesses 🏗️ Met Prof. Chang at Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, and our conversation drifted from his MIT engineering roots to his tenure as a FinTech CEO. It felt a glimpse into the fundamental laws of technological evolution. We were discussing the race in AI Agents. Everyone is building smarter, faster "hunters"—the AI agents themselves. But Prof. Chang, with the clarity of a master architect, shifted my perspective. "The moat," he said, "is not the hunter. It is the forest it knows by heart." 🌳 This is the essence of his strategy. The true, advantage for AI Agents for businesses lies not in the agents, but in the engineered Knowledge Graphs they inhabit. This is the unseen architecture, the forest of context and meaning. He shared insights that felt almost philosophical: 👉 From Data Points to Wisdom Webs: Raw data is noise. True intelligence emerges when we weave this data into a domain-specific tapestry of relationships—a living, breathing digital ecosystem. This is where information becomes understanding. My key takeaway was simple, yet deep: In the age of AI Agents, the ultimate competitive advantage is curatorial. It’s the disciplined, painstaking work of building a world of context so rich and responsive that it makes any intelligence within it more capable. We are not just coding AI Agents; we are cultivating digital landscapes of meaning. And that is a moat that runs deep. What 'unseen architecture' is being built in your industry? What landscapes of meaning are you cultivating? Love to hear your perspective. #SFF2025 #SingaporeFinTechFestival #FinTechFestival #AgenticAI #CompetitiveAdvantage #KnowledgeGraph #PhilosophyOfAI #FinTech #FutureOfBusiness #Innovation

A Blueprint for the Future of PPPs in the AI Age The Andrew Networks AI for Good initiative can evolve into a replicable global model for public-private cooperation. By integrating diaspora remittance flows with local entrepreneurship and education, each dollar will catalyze sustainable growth (IFAD, 2023). LEV/AI can thus function as digital infrastructure for PPPs that unite corporate innovation with community-based impact. https://lnkd.in/gm2HTc5A https://lnkd.in/g8ef29d6

There’s absolutely no way we have it all figured out. Nor can we. This new world with AI opens up too many possible dimensions for our civilization to move into — and it won’t happen evenly. Adoption speed, access, and understanding all vary. Just as there are still communities living tribally while others explore quantum computing, we’re living in multiple timelines of evolution at once. At the Fintech is Femme event during #SFTechWeek, one message stood out: every organization is in growing pains right now, trying to figure out how to best integrate and utilize AI in their workflows, products, and services. And the truth is, there’s no map for this. No one actually knows if we’re “doing it right.” We’re all learning through trial and error…feeling our way forward, experimenting, and adjusting in real time. It’s uncomfortable. It’s uncertain. And it requires a new kind of leadership; one built on adaptability, humility, and a willingness to not know, yet keep leading anyway. #AILeadership #FutureOfWork #TechForGood #FintechIsFemme #SFTechWeek #AdaptiveLeadership #ArtificialIntelligence #WomenInTech #Innovation #MindfulLeadership

AI isn’t here to replace our knowledge, it’s here to unlock it. It’s not to replace people but to return power to purpose. And it isn't the opposite of culture it’s another tool mob can use to: 🔹 Save time automating compliance and admin 🔹 Strengthen capability and reporting 🔹 Protect knowledge and uphold consent 🔹 Grow sustainably without losing our values For Aboriginal businesses, AI is not a threat, it’s leverage: 🔹 Leverage to scale our impact. 🔹 Leverage to protect cultural knowledge. 🔹 Leverage to build stronger supply chains, data sovereignty, and pathways for Mob. When guided by cultural governance, AI can help Mob scale businesses, build evidence, and protect what matters most: community trust and cultural authority. This week, come along with us as we explore how AI can help Mob businesses grow with integrity where technology serves culture, not the other way around. We are not entering the digital economy, we are bringing culture into it. #AIForMob #AboriginalInnovation #CulturalIntelligence #IndigenousTech #AIForGood #DigitalSovereignty #MobInTech #AboriginalBusiness #TechnologyAndCulture #ProcurementLeadership #MobEconomy #DLCM

It's been an incredible week at Hong Kong FinTech Week - 2025. AI as a key engine of change in financial services —with dedicated AI & Advanced Tech forums, practical AI-tech talks and startup pitching tracks emphasising real-world deployment. About 75% of HK's financial institutions are already piloting generative AI, with expectations of over 87% in the next 3-5 years. The emphasis on production-ready frameworks (tokenisation, AI, cross-border payments) suggests the move beyond exploratory innovation into real business-impacting deployment. Glad to have made amazing contacts!

Every few years, the tech world changes its mantra. We started with “move fast and break things.” Then came “build in public.” Now, as 2025 winds down, one truth feels impossible to ignore - the industry is tired of noise. AI is getting political. Regulation is getting serious. Partnerships are turning into ecosystems, and even the giants are paying billions not for reach, but for intelligence. The next decade won’t belong to the fastest teams. It will belong to those who build with context - those who understand what should last before chasing what could trend. That’s why G61 exists inside Gagarin: not to amplify hype, but to document the builders who stay consistent when everyone else is refreshing the charts. Clarity is the new edge. And 2026 will reward those who can translate complexity into trust.

It’s not often I get to sit back and watch the Genii team on stage - but this time, I did. Dees Govender and Sam Athimulam took the stage at the South Africa Debt Collection Conference to unpack: “The Next Chapter in Collections: Rethinking Collections Strategies in an AI & Data-Driven Era.” One line from Sam hit home: > “In God we trust for life… but for everything else, we need data.” That set the tone for a session that was equal parts sharp and human - exploring how data, AI, and people can finally coexist in collections (not compete). They unpacked the growing role of Human in the Loop (HITL) - and as Mauritz Oberholzer opened with: > “Do you know what a hittel is?” Normally, we’d just say “H-I-T-L” or “Human in the Loop,” but hearing it spoken like a real word made me realise how far the concept has come. It’s officially a thing now; something you could almost look up in a dictionary. At Genii Analytics Human in the Loop isn’t new - it’s who we’ve always been. Long before it had a name, we quietly built it into everything we do - from the way our products are designed, to how our teams deliver, to how we think. The human was never an add-on to the tech; it’s always been the starting point. And it tied beautifully to what Greg Dales said: > “AI can predict behaviour. But only humans can understand it.” That one stuck. Because that’s the whole point - data gives direction, but people give meaning. As a CEO, there’s nothing better than watching your team not just talk about change - but embody it. 🔥 Data. Intelligence. Humanity. That’s the real next chapter in Conversational AI and I couldn’t be prouder to see Genii helping lead that conversation. #DebtCollections #ConversationalAI #CollectionsStrategy #CX #Genii #AIQA #HITL #GBS
