Deutsche Bank rang the bell for 25 years of dbPride! Founded in 2000 as Rainbow Group Germany, the LGBTQI* network of Deutsche Bank was one of the first employee networks in Germany that stood up for the rights and equality of lesbians, gays, bi-sexual, trans, queer, intersexual people and other identities not encompassed in the short acronym. The network aims to create an open-minded and respectful environment for all employees – regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity – to create a workplace free of prejudice. With the Bell Ringing, dbPride celebrated their anniversary and their achievements in raising awareness for the LGBTQI* community and creating an inclusive environment at Deutsche Bank.
