Agents, now’s a great time to “shake the trees!” 🌳 We’re at the midway mark of AEP, and our VP of Sales Henry Figueroa has the following tip: Ask for referrals! Jesse Hendon also reminds us: If the phone isn't ringing, go back to the things that make it ring! Revisit your referring doctors, hit every senior center within a 50-mile radius, and get fliers in brochures at your local houses of worship. Don't forget to update your Google, Facebook, and Yelp profiles too. The second half of AEP is prime time to reconnect with your community and boost visibility. Let's finish strong!

I often hear associations say: “Our members don’t participate.” The truth? Engagement is not automatic. It’s earned. Members will show up when they: – See clear value – Know their input matters – Feel part of a community, not just a mailing list Engagement is a two-way street. 👉 If members are quiet, ask less about them — and more about what you are offering back.

Transparency is key in community associations! Here are three tips to help you foster transparency and trust: Clear Communication Policies: Establish how residents can reach the association and ensure timely, transparent responses to build trust. Open Board Meetings: Regularly schedule open meetings for members to voice concerns and stay informed about decisions and policies. Regular Updates: Use newsletters and emails to keep residents informed about important dates, events, and community issues. At the 2025 Traffic Safety Summit, our Founder & Visionary, Shaundell Newsome, shared The Three E’s for Impactful Public Outreach — a framework that perfectly reflects how our team approaches community engagement through our Grassroots Outreach suite. 🍭 ✅ Educate: Make information accessible and inclusive through multilingual materials and community workshops. ✅ Engage: Build two-way communication channels that invite listening, not lecturing. ✅ Elevate: Empower communities by connecting every project to tangible benefits for them. This approach has made our Grassroots Outreach suite one of our most impactful services — because when you educate, engage, and elevate, communities don’t just participate… they partner. ✨🤝🏾

MAJOR DONOR TIPS @ Monday It’s essential to genuinely value and respect your donors, as they want to feel acknowledged, appreciated, and that their support truly matters. For major donors, it’s especially important to go beyond surface-level interactions and dig deeper into their motivations. Take the time to ask meaningful questions, why did they choose to get involved with your organization in the first place? What aspects of your work resonate most with them? Where do they see opportunities for improvement, and how can you make their experience even more rewarding? Understanding what drives them can open the door to more authentic relationships, and may even reveal ways to inspire greater giving. By showing real interest in their perspectives and consistently demonstrating how much you value their contributions, you foster loyalty and a deeper connection that can lead to more substantial support.
