Day 3 – Smart Grocery App (UI/UX Case Study Series) After defining user preferences in the previous steps, the next logical screen in the flow is budget setup — a key factor in how people make everyday purchase decisions. Instead of asking users for complex financial inputs, I designed a quick and visual budget selection screen using: ✅ A slider for flexibility ✅ Preset buttons for faster input ✅ Clear currency visual to avoid confusion This small step helps the app: ✔ Personalize recommendations ✔ Filter products based on spending range ✔ Prevent over-budget browsing ✔ Set up future smart insights With this, the onboarding foundation is complete.
