ADCO has been awarded the new primary school, public preschool and Stage 1 of the high school for Wilton project, a key initiative under the NSW Government’s $3.9 billion investment in public education infrastructure across Western Sydney. This marks our 25th project with School Infrastructure, a milestone that reflects a strong and trusted partnership in delivering high-quality educational facilities across the state. The development will: 🔹 Deliver a new primary school and 60-student integrated preschool 🔹 Include Stage 1 of a future high school 🔹 Feature contemporary, inclusive, and flexible learning environments aligned with School Infrastructure’s Pattern Book and EFSG 🔹 Provide supporting infrastructure including a hall, COLA, administration buildings, and car parking By 2027, the primary school will add 24 permanent teaching spaces and by 2041, 32 permanent teaching spaces, supporting both immediate and long-term educational needs in the Picton School Community Group. With over 15,000 new dwellings projected in Wilton and Greater Macarthur over the next 20–30 years, this project is a vital response to rapid population growth and future-proofing education in the region. This win reinforces ADCO’s position as a trusted builder of public infrastructure and highlights our ongoing contribution to shaping the future of education in NSW. | PTW | Shootsta | #ADCO #SchoolInfrastructure #WiltonSchoolproject #Construction #Education
