Hi, I’m reaching out because my Uber Driver account was reactivated by email on Nov 17, but the app still shows an “appeal denied” status and prevents me from going online. Support agents keep repeating scripted responses that I’m “permanently deactivated,” even though I received an official reactivation email from Uber stating I am eligible to drive again. No one is properly reviewing my case or syncing the backend. I take compliance seriously and already submitted accurate government-issued ID and a federal PIV badge as proof of identity. I’ve been stuck without access since Nov 12 while support keeps giving conflicting answers. I’m just asking for a real review from the correct team so my account can be properly reactivated as stated. Could you please help escalate this to the appropriate internal team? Thank you.

Finally. Women's safety getting the attention it deserves! 👏 Now, when is this expanding to Europe and beyond? Women shouldn't have to opt in to feeling safe. Safety should be the default!
