EVP, Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer

As the daughter of an Army NCO, sister of an Air Force Officer, and wife of an Army Officer, this Veteran and Military Appreciation Month, I’m proud to celebrate the incredible contributions of veterans across Bristol Myers Squibb - individuals who bring courage, discipline and purpose to everything they do. Frances Dixon and Kevin Luft exemplify this spirit. After serving our country in the U.S. Armed Forces, they’ve embraced new missions within our Global Product Development & Supply organization delivering life-changing medicines to patients around the world.   The same values that guide them in uniform now drive innovation, operational excellence and transformation in our supply chain and operations.   Read more about their inspiring journeys: https://lnkd.in/eBTKi3Qb #BMS_employee Frances D., Kevin Luft, Michel M. Thanks Karin Shanahan, I like how you framed “new missions” within BMS, it’s a perfect way to describe career transitions that still serve a higher purpose. How BMS supports veterans as they adapt military skills to corporate operations, mentorship, structured training, or something else?

Hi Karin--agree 100% as a Marine Captain in the Supply Chain industry.
