URBAN COMPANY , I’m very disappointed with URBAN COMPANY after-sales service. I purchased a URBAN COMPANY NATIVE M1 RO from URBAN COMPANY official app (delivered on 27th Oct 2025), My RO system is not working properly. I have filed several complaints, but I haven't received any satisfactory response from your side. Your service engineer comes and goes without fixing the problem. Such poor response from the service team is unacceptable from a reputed brand like URBAN COMPANY.
