This is a fascinating deal. The social commerce model is a natural fit for eBay's C2C roots. It'll be interesting to see how this evolves - I have a feeling this segment holds some unexpected strategic possibilities. Congrats on the move.

I was selling a cardigan on ebay and the platform did "OFF SITE MARKETING". The item was returned but I am still being charged $179 for the websites "off site marketing". I never approved the usage of that much money for advertising for ONE item. Since the company has fired all American employees and any and all customer service representatives - there is NO ONE TO TALK TO. There isn't an email address and the email that I receive state "We don’t check this mailbox, so please don’t reply to this message. If you have a question, go to Help & Contact on the eBay site" where there is only a Q & A section that is also unmanned. I feel like I am being robbed. What in the actual F ebay?
