Independent retailers thrive on relationships. For frame shops, that means every interaction counts. Sharing a quote, letting a customer know their order is ready, or following up for a review. At Quilt Software, we’ve been working on ways to make that communication easier. For LifeSaver customers, that's with new messaging tools that help you send quotes and receipts by text, notify customers when orders are ready, and request reviews at the right time. This isn’t about adding more tech for the sake of it. It’s about reducing friction in the everyday back and forth that keeps small businesses running smoothly. We’re excited to see how frame shops use this to stay connected with their customers and strengthen the relationships that make independent retail unique.
