We are pleased to announce the successful #sale of 2 East Phillip Rd, Vernon Hills, IL, recently brokered by Mid-America.    The deal was completed between GW Properties and Children's Land, an expanding Illinois based early childhood center with 11 existing locations and 3 more currently under development across the Chicagoland. Children’s Land has acquired an 11,000 SF building on a 2.06 Acre Lot, strategically located off Townline Road, just west of Hawthorn Mall.
