Our Chair and CEO Julie Sweet and CEO of Microsoft's commercial business Judson Althoff share what reinvention really looks like today, from moving beyond AI pilots to become 'frontier firms' to empowering teams to innovate. Their discussion comes as Microsoft celebrates Accenture and Avanade's shared recognition as their Global System Integrator Partner of the Year for the 20th time and as thousands of Microsoft customers and partners convene in San Francisco for this year's Microsoft Ignite. I greatly appreciated our conversation, Julie Sweet, and congratulations to Accenture on being named Microsoft Global System Integrator Partner of the Year! I am very excited about what we shared this week at Microsoft Ignite and the opportunity we have to empower our customers through Frontier Transformation. By putting AI into the flow of human ambition, embracing the maker in every one of us through ubiquitous innovation, and ensuring observability at every layer of the stack, we will help them accelerate their journey to becoming Frontier Firms.

Moments like this highlight the unique power of our three-way partnership, showcasing what’s possible when we push the boundaries of technology and teamwork 🧡

At Accenture, AI isn’t just a technology — it’s a catalyst. What inspires me most is seeing how AI amplifies human potential. It helps us solve complex challenges, free up time for meaningful work, and unlock new opportunities across every industry. When cutting-edge technology meets human ingenuity, the results are extraordinary. We are not just adopters — we are builders, innovators, and strong investors in the future. And this future is powered by responsible, scalable, and impactful AI. Proud to be part of this journey. 🚀

Accenture’s “frontier” and “reinvention” branding is slick, no doubt. But let’s be honest… relentlessly pushing buzzwords isn’t the same as delivering value. Impressive marketing can mask whether the substance actually keeps pace, and stock price alone is a clear feedback that there is still a lot to catch up on

Incredible perspective from Julie Sweet and Judson Althoff. Moving from AI experimentation into true reinvention is exactly the shift defining the next generation of technology leaders. Congratulations to Accenture and Avanade on this remarkable 20-year milestone. #MSIgnite

Reinvention becomes real when AI outputs are grounded in verifiable context, that’s when teams move from pilots to true frontier execution.

Excited for Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft ! 🎉🎉
