PromptMedEx Gen AI prompt #43: Enhance Stakeholder Communication Through Real-Time Evidence Synthesis What's the Challenge? Medical Affairs professionals frequently face time-sensitive requests from stakeholders- HCPs, payers, regulators- demanding rapid, accurate scientific responses. Manual literature searches and evidence compilation are too slow for real-time decision-making. Without structured systems to rapidly synthesize emerging evidence and translate it into stakeholder-specific insights, teams risk delayed responses, inconsistent narratives, or incomplete scientific grounding that undermines credibility. The Prompt: "Imagine you are a Medical Affairs Evidence Officer responding to an urgent stakeholder inquiry about emerging clinical data in [indication/therapeutic area]. Your audience: Healthcare providers, payer medical directors, or internal decision-makers. Tone: Authoritative, concise, and clinically precise. Objective: Rapidly synthesize the latest clinical evidence, safety data, and comparative outcomes into a clear, stakeholder-tailored response addressing the specific query. Constraints: Response must be evidence-based, factually accurate, compliant with fair balance requirements, and delivered within 24 hours. Limit to 350 words. Reasoning: Use only peer-reviewed sources and validated data; avoid speculation or premature conclusions about emerging evidence. Format: Structured response with query summary, key evidence summary, clinical implications, and clear source citations. Please ask no more than 5 clarifying questions, if needed, to ensure your output is targeted and relevant. Based on this stakeholder inquiry, generate a professional, scientifically sound response that demonstrates Medical Affairs' ability to provide timely, credible evidence support." It's better to use a prompt framework to guide such a detailed prompt. I use a framework that I devised using my name- SUBIR! It structures prompts into clear stages: defining Scope & Style, clarifying Utility & Use, specifying Background, enforcing Instructive Inclusions, and demanding precise Response Requirements---ensuring every output is actionable and insightful. By leveraging prompts crafted with SUBIR, PromptMedEx helps Medical Affairs professionals transform complexity into clarity- one smart Gen-AI prompt at a time! #MedicalAffairs #GenAI #Pharma #AIinHealthcare #PromptEngineering #LifeSciences #MedicalWriting #Innovation #PromptMedEx

AdvaMed is very excited to share that our first ANSI standard project, “Model Patient Notification Language for Use of AI in Healthcare”, was announced in this week’s Standards Action! See the announcement at https://lnkd.in/eYibfsQc As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into healthcare delivery, patients often remain unaware of when and how these technologies are used in their care. This AdvaMed-led standard will specify model patient notification requirements for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in healthcare. It will be an important step toward ensuring consistency across healthcare settings and providing clear, accurate, and useful information to patients. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please visit https://lnkd.in/ec3NUWCf to register your interest no later than December 7, 2025. If you have any questions, please reach out to standards@advamed.org.

PromptMedEx Gen AI prompt #41: Master Virtual Congress Participation and Insight Extraction The Challenge? Medical congresses have increasingly shifted to virtual and hybrid formats. Attending multiple simultaneous sessions, capturing and synthesizing actionable insights, and rapidly sharing those with stakeholders has become overwhelming. Traditional note-taking methods are too slow and incomplete, missing critical competitive intelligence and emerging scientific trends that could inform medical strategy. The Prompt: "Imagine you are a Medical Affairs Congress Lead responsible for maximizing insight capture and dissemination from a major virtual medical congress in [therapeutic area]. Your audience: Medical leadership, field MSL teams, and cross-functional partners requiring timely congress intelligence. Tone: Efficient, analytical, and action-oriented. Objective: Develop a systematic approach to attend multiple virtual sessions, extract key scientific insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends, then rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to stakeholders within 48 hours post-congress. Constraints: Strategy must prioritize high-value sessions, ensure accurate scientific capture, maintain compliance with fair balance requirements, and be completed within 400 words. Reasoning: Apply structured note-taking frameworks and insight categorization methods to identify material findings versus noise; avoid subjective interpretation or promotional spin. Format: Congress intelligence brief with sections for breakthrough data, competitive landscape updates, KOL perspectives, unmet needs identified, and strategic implications for medical affairs. Please ask no more than 5 clarifying questions, if needed, to ensure your output is targeted and relevant. Based on this scenario, generate a comprehensive congress participation and insight extraction strategy that enables Medical Affairs to maximize ROI from virtual congress attendance and accelerate evidence-informed decision-making." It's better to use a prompt framework to guide such a detailed prompt. I use a framework that I devised using my name- SUBIR! This framework segments prompt writing into focused stages---defining context (Scope & Style), clarifying purpose (Utility & Use), specifying input (Background), enforcing constraints (Instructive Inclusions), and demanding precise output formats (Response Requirements). This structured approach ensures your AI prompts are clear, actionable, compliant, and deliver highly relevant results- perfect for critical medical affairs tasks. By leveraging AI prompts crafted using the SUBIR framework, PromptMedEx is an initiative to help Medical Affairs professionals transform complex tasks into streamlined, efficient workflows- one smart Gen-AI prompt at a time! #MedicalAffairs #GenAI #Pharma #AIinHealthcare #PromptEngineering #LifeSciences #MedicalWriting #Innovation #PromptMedEx
