Recently, I spoke with a brand overwhelmed by support tickets, compounded by disconnected systems across CRM, billing, and logistics. We outlined a vision that included: • AI agents capable of routing, escalating, and negotiating next-best offers • Smooth bot-to-human transitions with complete context • A live orchestration layer to connect backend workflows They initiated with a single micro-agent for billing inquiries. It manages 35% of the volume, reduces repeat inquiries, and identifies upsell opportunities. The significant benefit? Human agents can now concentrate on high-impact conversations.
