The relationships that you build at work are the best asset you have, and they cannot be copied or replicated easily. You want everyone who has any kind of encounter with you, whether it's verbal, email, in a message, or a meeting, you want that person to leave that encounter with you feeling positive about you. So cultivate this as much as you possibly can. This is done in small ways, maybe by greeting people, knowing their name, by validating others in meetings, that's a great idea. Or, I really like the way you're thinking about this. And by the way, you word your emails. A lot of this is quite subtle. So your ability to really hone listening skills and get a stronger awareness of how others communicate is key. And use your strengths for this too. As an introvert, I know that I'm good at tuning into what might be going on, and my natural tendency is to observe first in a meeting, maybe rather than do that throughout a meeting, because that's my comfort zone, right, to kind of sit…
