- Now, one thing I think we need to be really careful of is there's a lot of organizations that use personality assessments in the hiring process. The research behind that is that there really is very little link between, you know, what your personality is and whether you're going to be successful or not successful as far as these assessments go and your success on the team and the organization. And so being really aware that we're not putting too much weight on, you know, where I'm going to put you in the organization because of this, et cetera, but instead having that conversation in onboarding saying we really find, you know, making sure we're acknowledging differences, not just in the kind of traditional sense of diversity but also perspectives, et cetera, and we embrace differences of perspectives and engaging people in kind of the way they think and the way they want to work.
