- If you want to build the best websites on the internet, firstly, you have to use WordPress. Secondly, you have to have a great design. Website designs can happen in a variety of programs, but one of the most popular and my favorite by far is Figma. Figma is a collaborative design tool that helps us visualize our website's layout and features before building it. You can view files in Figma online by making an account at figma.com or by downloading the application to your computer. We will be using the free downloaded version, so please make sure you install it by going to Products and then Downloads. If this is your first time using Figma, you will have to create a new account. Once you have the Figma application downloaded to your device, open the TopsyTurvyCakeDesign.fig Figma file in the Chapter 02 course files.
