- [Instructor] If you have an access database that you want to use as your data source, you can absolutely do that. This time, go to Select Recipients and choose Use An Existing List. Now, the first thing you'll notice is that the new list that we created in the last video, our merge brochure contact list, is in this list. That's the file format that it saves it as. So this is how we would reuse that list if we wanted to. But instead, I'm going to go back to my exercise files. I'll go to chapter one and I'll choose Customers. I'll click Open. Now it looks like nothing happened, but this is because our access database only had one table in it, so by default it linked it to this document. At any time, I can click Edit Recipient List here in the mailings tab, I'll make it bigger again, and it's going to show me everybody who is in that table. I'll click Okay on this.
