- [Instructor] When I have a document that was created using Styles, I have the ability to access other tools like the table of contents creator, which we'll talk about in a bit but the navigation pane where I can rearrange my document. And when I have a document that I've created using Styles, if I change my style set, my document changes. If I change my theme, my document changes. So if I have some texts from another document and I paste it in here, it will automatically be reformatted using the theme and the styles in this document. I can make a different choice on paste if I want to but by default in it's going to pop and it will look just like texts that was originally created in this document.
