Customize the File Explorer interface
- [Instructor] As you do more work in File Explorer, you may want to configure the interface to change how things look. First, I need to go to a folder that has lots of files. So in File Explorer I'll use the shortcut to go to my documents folder. Then I'll open the sub folder called client projects. Then I'll open this folder called Kineteco. Now, so far we've been looking at folders that contain other folders, but this folder contains several individual files. There are pictures, documents, lots of different things. And of course I'm using the exercise files that came with this course. But you can use your own files if you prefer. At the top of the File Explorer window, we see a toolbar with some of the most essential controls, and a few of these buttons will open menus with more options. So if I click on sort, it opens a sort menu, I can open the view menu, or if I click the button with three dots, it opens this…
