This course is designed for IT professionals who are working in a capacity of supporting Windows 11 on the desktop. To get the most out of this course, it would be good if you have experience administering desktop operating systems, such as previous versions of Windows, or maybe Macintosh or Linux desktops. In general, you should be familiar enough with Windows to work with File Explorer, the settings interface, and be comfortable with basic networking terms.
