Configuring networking in Windows 11
- [Instructor] Now, I'd like to talk about networking in Windows 11. So, off the "Start" menu, I'll go to "Settings," and in the "Settings" app, it'll start me in the "System" section. I'll use the left-hand menu to click on "Network and Internet," and that'll take me to an interface with several options related to networking and I want to talk about all of them, but first, let me say, what you see on your Windows 11 device might be slightly different than what I'm seeing. For example, if you're on a tablet, you may have an option for "Airplane" mode. I am not on a tablet so I don't get the option for "Airplane" mode. So, you probably have options very similar to mine, but maybe not exactly the same. The top two options, "Ethernet" and "Ethernet 2," concern the existing network connections I have. From the icon below the word "Ethernet" and the word "Connected," we know that that connection is connected to the internet…
